I seriously cannot fathom what is the use of issuing me a computerize payslip without giving me the pay or in precise crediting the money into my bank account.

I've make my stand, today is the deadline and I'll follow the standard procedures to retrieve my salary then. Oh as well as my CPF - both August and September.

Its so infuriating.

Was browsing through facebook very randomly. Then started looking through this group of friends I used to hang out with when I am in my teens.

I kinda of miss those days.

I believe everyone has their set of fond memories with their own group of friends.

You remember the things you all do together, the usual hang out place that you people would go to. The good and bad times.

We rarely do talk now, but I cherished those memories.

spending most of our time at parkway kim tat seng, mos burger just idling, hanging around, have fun, billiard and those ''fun'' nights at various people's house, etc etc. . .

These memories are priceless.

Haven't been working but had been busy. Doesn't sound right ya? Was just busy looking for job though. The daily routines when I wake up everyday is to check my mail; surf the various online job search websites, sending emails to them, etc etc. . .

Scheduled 2 interviews tomorrow, and another one on Thursday.

I really hope to get a stable job; can be challenging but manageable volume of job scope. Most importantly one that can accommodate with school timings, and I would have time for revisions during weekends.

Yesterday went for my dearest Aunt Gina and her daughter (my cousin) Jolyn's birthday at their place. Had buffet and BBQ. They invited alot of friends, the place was crowded with people. Had a good time though. The buffet food was good. But they didn't order from any particular catering service. My uncle bought them individually from stalls. Thus, they're all very delicious from the hokkien mee to the sweet and sour pork, black pepper crab, etc

So the night before this, Reagan, Jenny boyfriend and Yashi came over my place for some DIY presents for my aunt. Started at around 11am and they only left at 2:30am.

At 2:30am, everything hasn't exactly been completed though, but more or less done except that we need to develop more photos, get a frame, etc etc







I've also been busy looking around for materials for a couple of days before we could meet up to discuss and complete the entire thing. Running up and down Parkway to go to Popular and also to get photos developed. Went Whampoa, Toa Payoh and Bugis to look for other materials and the correct size frame. Found some materials at Phoon Huat Toa Payoh - they sell all sort of bakery stuffs.

On Saturday itself: (need to go out to develop some pictures and get materials to finish the pressie)

So. . . I didn't know that there was a shop a Plaza Singapura that provides DIY art stuffs. Hey its really good, they have all the materials there. They also provide a corner with sofa so that people can do the DIY there.

Well. . . It was pretty difficult for me to find the exact frame for our art piece, because of the weird size paper we used. The shop at Plaza Singapura only have frames for 12x12 size paper. (suitable for people who do their DIY there, cos the paper sold there are 12x12 already).

Finally found a suitable frame for the pressie, so I went back home to get everything done before heading down to Aunt's place.

Mission accomplished with satisfaction,






The other frame that Jenny and Yashi worked on will be given to my aunt again on Thursday when we're meeting up for dinner. Still thinking of the venue though. There are other pressie as well. Will blog again perhaps after she receive them :)

Last but not least,

Happy birthday dearest Aunt Gina and Jolyn :D Love you both! :D

After their birthday party, met Yashi for KTV at Liang Court till 3am. Love to sing despite that my voice do sucks. haha.

Going for dinner with my paternal family in the evening to celebrate my Grandmother birthday.

I think I have alot of Libra's family members and friends... So this month will be filled with celebrations. Including my birthday :)

rather piss off with my previous employer.

i received my pro-rated August pay on 11 Sep 09. today is 24 Sep 09, and when i check my CPF, its not been credited.

antagonising.

my ex colleague who quited earlier than me on 31 Aug 09, still hasn't receive her pay at all.

i've also yet to receive my Sep 09 pro-rated pay. i quited on 14 Sep 09 and today is 24 Sep 09.

by MOM law, employee are suppose to receive their pay within 3 days after the employee quit.

and when I called him to ask, he says he's engage in a meeting and will get back to me again later.

but i didn't receive his call yet.

The weirdest part of my body, I reckon is my PALM.

Ok, I have sweaty palms some times. But my sweaty palms are extremely horrifying.
I can make my whole keyboard wet, and my good friend Neth Neth asked me what happen. Like maybe the rain got in? or I wash my hands.
Then I show him my palms, the sweat still dripping from my palms.
Neth neth can testify this terrible pair of sweaty palms I have.

Having sweaty palms are not strange I know. This is not the point.

Weird because when they sweat, it will swell and is very uncomfortable. Though it will look better because its rosy and without alot of lines. There's a saying that if there's alot of lines on you palms mean that you have alot of worries / life not good. Right?

Ok, so I have sweaty, rosy and palm with little lines...



THEN...

Comparing it with my palms that aren't sweating. When its not sweating, its like a 40 to 50 year old auntie pair of hands. Crumple crumple, wrinkled and alot of lines.



Its very weird why my palms sweat so badly. But it comes in a combi. When my foot sweat, my palm 100% sure sweat and also . . . my armpit =x The 3 comes in a combi la.

Quite FUCKED though. haha.

and as you know I'm quite petite, but the size of my palms are not proportionate to my body size. Its consider big. My bestie Sharon is almost the same size but her hands are so tiny. I have about 2 guy friends whom I notice that has similar palm size as me. I have to say theirs are consider smaller palm size version for the man, but a petite little girl having the same palm size as a man is quite uncommon though.

2) Waiting for friend
3) Nothing to do
4) When you're with your group of girl friends

Guess this is just part of girls' / women's / ladies' nature? I reckon.

From young I love taking pictures, I still vividly remember that I will pose for my parents when they are taking pictures of me. I have alot of pictures taken when I'm younger with me now, but the damn printer cum scanner is down, else I'll show and justify the cam whoring part of me since young.

Told you I went to Popular to get something, so did I. Also had my lunch at Parkway Mos burger.

I must say I really like this movie. Its an adult comedy movie with lots of dirty jokes though. Haha, not that I like dirty jokes but they put it in a funny way. Like calling that beans. You know which or not? If you still don't figure out then I'll tell you. . . The female part anyway.

Its talking about Abby a show producer who met Mike who host a show call "The Ugly Truth". Well you must be thinking ugly truth about what? Its about relationship; man and woman.

I'll stop telling you in details, catch it:) Its worth watching!

Woke up at 7am this morning again...

Been doing very mundane task everyday, surf net, play games, online jobcentral, jobstreet, jobsdb.

I'm heading out to get something at Popular later. Wanna do up a birthday card with photos for my aunt :D

Her birthday is coming Monday and she's celebrating on this Saturday.
After hers is mine :) Next Sunday :)

School reopen for the semester, and today is the first day.

Just came back from school. Its a good day because I finally get to meet up Jin Siong in school, just before lessons. Ever since bridging ends, I haven't got a chance to meet up with him.

Anyway, also saw Sheng Peng.

The best thing today is, Roswina my good friend from poly class is in the same MSM class as me! =D I'm so excited to see familiar faces. Since we didn't expect to see one another, I didn't sit with her, sat with a guy friend from my previous Accounts class. Only bumped into her in the toilet during the break time. When the class ended, she told me Kelvin is in the same class as us too! :D

I think this is something to look forward to. Kinda of miss poly life.

Just came home. . .

Met dearest Linda at Far East at 4pm, accompany her shopped for a dress for Li Ping's wedding. Meanwhile bought myself a dress too. Oh its the dress I tried on the other time I went shopping with Jenny boyfriend.

Mmm...

After shopping, we sat at Mos Burger ate and chatted. Saw Damien :) Continue chatting at outdoor, then accompany her back to her place.

and so I'm back from facial and massage.
very very satisfied and am a happy girl after the massage...

I was late to see nephew Kryence's competition because there was a road congestion around Orchard area. Such a disappointment. Nevertheless, spend some time with the two fatties (My eldest sister and my brother in law) and Little Kryence. Kryence wore a Super man outfit today - adorable. Of cos I have pictures to show you people, but I've to wait for my fat sister to upload them online :)

Reach Derma Strata located at Tras St (formerly known as Coslab) at 3:30pm sharp, had my facial first. As usual by Michelle.

Massage was next and was really anticipating for that. On the other hand, I've been having aches on my right arm since this week. Had been encountering terrible pain every time I stretch my hands. Was initially still afraid that the masseur will hurt my arm even more when she's doing the massage.

Oh well, this time it isn't the usual Filipino masseur, it is a new masseur from China. She's really good. I like her massage. I told her that I'm feeling pain on my right arm and then she decided to do tui na for me, instead of the usual spa massage, etc. Michelle told me after the session that this masseur knows alot of different types of massage. This explains why after telling her about my problem, she decides what is best for me.

The massage was comfortable and relaxing. I am lying if I say that the massage was not at all painful. It was indeed painful especially on the part where my veins were harder / tense.

For those area, she specifically explained to me why are the veins harder. For my shoulders its because I've been sleeping late etc. She also pointed out that my gastric and digestive systems are not very good. I've got alot of air in my stomach. She asked if I always feel sick after eating. I agree with her because my stomach always feels bloated and sometimes I feel like vomiting when I finish my food.

Regarding my arm, I initially thought it was because I accidentally pulled the veins or something like that. She explained that its because my lungs (fei) very heaty, thus it cause the entire veins linking to my arm and lower hands to hurt. She asked if I feel heaty around my chest area recently. I told her I've been having difficulty in breathing, especially last night when I'm tossing and turning before I fell asleep.

I also told her that I always have cramps around the thighs areas and she said I need to eat more calcium. She said since my digestive systems aren't very good, its very hard for my body to absorb enough calcium. So, I can have cramps often. She advised me on the food to eat (like drink more milk, eat egg, etc). She also taught me how to do a stretch out every morning on the bed.

Some tips are:
1) Every morning do the stretch she taught me
2)) A glass of warm water right after that
3) Breakfast drink milk / hot soya bean; eat egg / bread

After the massage, she reminded me not to bath within 2 hours and have to take a hot bath instead of cold one (after tui na must take hot bath). I always shower with cold water at home.

The points that she focus on is detailed and I feel very relief after the whole session. The tension on my right arm is much loosen now. I could fully stretch my hands now, though it still does hurt alittle, but its really so much better than it was previously.

She's very experience and professional. Really like this new masseur and I'm thinking of extending my massage package. Need to start saving for lots of things! Massage package and IPL for leg!!! 3K? Probably.

Just came back home AGAIN, haha went out just now.
Took a shower, headed Plaza to meet the girls. No I don't mean Plaza Singapura. When we say Plaza it means Tiong Bahru Plaza. Meet up with Li Ping, Ai Ling, Jasmine dearest and Linda dearest. They were discussing about Li Ping's wedding on the 03 October. She actually asked me to be one of the sisters, but due to some personal reasons, I didn't. Had a good time chatting with the girls from 10pm to 1am or so.

Congrats Li Ping for getting married. Hope you have a blissful marriage :)
